The problem of great master’s classical poetical legacy, content and form of his poetry is illuminated in the article. At the same time it can be found the influence of such coryphaeus as Firdousi, Gatran Tabrizi, Movlana, Khagani Shirvani, Saadi and others on Shahriyar’s creative activity.
