Genres based on critical laughter

Critical laughter is artistic laughter that constantly struggles with society. Critical laughter is the bitter laughter of the writer, full of anger and hatred. The laughter caused by the criticism of various circles of society by the artist is critical laughter, i.e. satire. Critical laughter is a weapon against backwardness and shortcomings, a powerful tool that contributes to the democratization and progress of society, as well as a form of manifestation of the author's worldview, one of the ways and means of understanding life. Critical laughter is an exposure of the ugliness in life reflected by the writer. In critical works, the truths of life are presented against the background of critical laughter. Criticism is the core of satirical laughter.

Literary critics have conventionally divided critical laughter into the following types based on genre: Satire, epigram, parody, pamphlet, rare. In fact, it is not correct to consider satire as a literary type. Because satire is written in various genres, which angrily accuses the negativity of social life, or sharply ridicules it. These literary genres are also one of the components of critical laughter.
