The article analyzes the episodes related to Ganja in the works of the great Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi. Today, with these excerpts, the study of questions about the life and work of the poet is most closely connected. In the article, the author focuses on the selection of characteristic features of Ganja. As a result, the inseparable link between the poet and his homeland, as well as the rich cultural heritage of the ancient city is underlined.
