This article aims to investigate the last term of the literary creativity of Maxine Hong Kingston. “The Fifth Book of Peace” is being scrutinized as a literary work to be written against war terror and violence. The article tends to emphasize the social and global effect of the novel, together with its fictional value. Being neglected by world readers, scholars and mass media, the article aims to prove the book’s global value and analyze the work from various aspects accompanied with lots of examples from the original text.
