The given article touches upon the active role of a woman in the socialpolitical life of state at the early stages of historical development of East – Azerbaijan, Arabian countries, Iran, Middle Asia, India. The author specially underlines the thought about the activity of the Muslim women in the TurkicIslamic states leaned on the traditions running from ancience, because history knows the names of the Eastern tsarinas Zenobia-Zeinab, Bilgeis, Tomiris, Nushaba and many others who became the object of the intent attention of world science and art.
