It is contained the analysis of the changing in the political, social and economic period of the Umayyads' which conditioned the new genres, poem forms, themes in the Arabic poetry, apparently from the name of the article. And with them, it is informed little known to the public information about that period, the governing board of the Umayyads' dynasty, specified names of the poets, who lived in that period and it is analysed their creative work. Also it is elucidated the direction of the development of the Arabian poetry to the period between the time 661-750 AD.
