Appeal for liberty, independence, unity and disobey the bondage and split is forcibly expressed in Bakhtiyar Vahabzade’s poem “Gulustan”. The author expresses his protest not only against fragmentation of Azerbaijan in the time of Tsarist Russia, but at the same time in the period of Soviet empire.
